At Primeford Hong Kong Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy for all unworn and undamaged dresses.

​Eligibility:​

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Dresses must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories (tags, garment bags, etc.).
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such) are not eligible for return.

​How to Initiate a Return:​

  • Contact our customer service team at contact@dressforest.com or +852 63330915 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Ship the item(s) back using your preferred carrier (see Section 3 for shipping details).

​2. Refund Processing Time​

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please note the following timelines:

​Standard Refunds (Non-PayPal Payments):​

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

​PayPal Refunds:​

  • Due to PayPal’s processing policies, refunds may take at least 14 days, and in some regions, up to 30 days (as required by local laws).

Please allow additional time for bank processing if you paid via credit/debit card.

​3. Return Shipping Costs​

To ensure a fair return policy for all customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

​Return Label:​

  • Ship the item(s) back using your preferred carrier.

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy conditions.
  • If approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days (or up to 30 days for PayPal, as required by law).

​Step 5: Refund Confirmation​

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • Please allow additional time for the funds to reflect in your account (depending on your payment method).
